Coolest Bleach Zanpakutō
(Screenshot from Hell Verse) |
Bleach is filled with some awesome swords that can do crazy stuff, other than cutting. Here on this list are what I think are the coolest zanpakutō. Mind you by coolest I don't mean the strongest, just the coolest:
This
one’s probably the strongest zanpakutō. Just one glance and Aizen
has control over the victim’s all five senses. The only way to stay
safe from its effects is by not looking at the blade when released,
being blind or touching it (Something which only Ichimaru Gin
managed), Aizen probably would have won against Ichigo if he kept
this zanpakutō. And its bankai form was never revealed...
Out
of all the zanpakutō, this one is definitely the most evolved one if
not the strongest. The Shikai mode itself is an oversized kitchen
knife meant to chop hollows like vegetables and now Ichigo gets two
of those. Its main attack itself is Getsugatenshu which is basically
an overcharged energy slash which gets boost and Cross Getsugatenshu
for double the fun. Against Aizen, Ichigo’s Final Getsugatenshu is
saved the day. Its Bankai so high on raw power that the Quincies
couldn’t seal it. And now he'll probably get a new one...
It’s
an ice dragon sword, a dragon and ice type. That alone should be
reason enough to put this one on the coolest list. If that isn’t
enough here are a few reasons it’s cool enough.
Hyōrinmaru
is strong enough to face Captain Commander Genryūsai’s Ryūjin
Jakka, both the Captain Commander and his zanpakutō are said to be
the strongest. Ryūjin Jakka also happens to be the strongest fire
type and another dragon type zapakutō.
This
zanpakutō is so cool they made
an anime movie about it. In case you're wondering, it's called
Diamond Dust Rebellion.
Senbonzakura
is one of the few things that make the colour pink look badass. You
may or may not like Byakuya but the idea of shredding your enemy by
throwing thousands of shaving blades in matter of seconds is
appealing in the most non-psychopathic way possible.
Any
Zanpakūto that destroys a meteorite in a slash can be considered
nothing less than cool. Okay maybe a lot zanpaktou's can do the same,
but the meteorite Nozarashi destroyed had the power of imagination
and was indestructible. By destroying it, Nozarashi and Zaraki went
beyond imagination.
It’s
an ice type, one of the only two, by definition that makes Sode no
Shirayuki cool. It’s also got some sweet moves meant to freeze
enemies in a huge ice pillar before shattering them. Its Bankai is so
cold that Rukia runs the risk of breaking apart like ice everytime
she activates it.
Wielder:
Renji Abarai
How
can this not be cool? It's Shikai
form it's like a combo of an
urumi with
multple blades (which I guess makes it a whip sword?). It was
designed to rip people apart just by whipping them. Then there's the
false-Bankai mode which is like a huge snake puppet that shoots laser
beams. And while this puppet can be
broken, I wouldn't recommend that unless you want the broken pieces
to fly at you and stab you.
And
then there's the real Bankai mode
which is a combo of a size-shifting giant monkey-arm and a bone-chain
sword that fires laser beam.
Kazeshini
may not be as powerful as other Zanpakutō on the list or even those
not on the list it’s just cool enough to be on this list. Unlike
other Zanpakutō which mostly take form of swords, Kazeshini is a
scythe which is the weapon normally associated with Soul Reapers or
the Grim Reaper and other death personifications. In fact it’s a
black double bladed double scythe. The weapon itself is so deadly and
blood thirsty that Shuhei, the wielder himself is afraid of it.
Belonging
to the Captain Commander, Ryūjin Jakka is said to be the strongest
zanpakūto and definitely the strongest fire type. It's so strong that only Yhwach, the emperor of Quincies could seal it's Bankai mode.
With
this dual blade, Shunsui literally plays games with his opponents.
And if that fails, then he has a suicide theatre ready to play.
